How Love Was True : ウィキペディア英語版 | How Love Was True
"How Love Was True" is a song released by the Bee Gees on their debut album ''The Bee Gees Sing and Play 14 Barry Gibb Songs''. It was written by Barry Gibb . The Gibb brothers sing harmony together on the opening lines of each verse with Robin Gibb taking the lead for the remainder. The song's style was similar to that of the Beatles' 1963 single track "This Boy"as well as echoing that group's early harmony style from tracks such as "Ask Me Why" and "Misery". On the first and second verse, the chords were D and A7, on the refrain the chords were: G, F#m7, A7 and D. "How Love Was True" was recorded around October 1965 at Festival Studio, Sydney along with "I Was a Lover, A Leader of Men", "And the Children Laughing", "I Don't Think It's Funny" and "To Be or Not to Be".〔(【引用サイトリンク】title= Gibb Songs: 1965 )〕 ==Personnel==
